iPhone 12 Series buying guide

Which iPhone 12 model

iPhone 12 mini: 5.4-inch screen, the smallest in the series, with shorter battery life.
iPhone 12: 6.1-inch screen and dual 12MP cameras. The best value in the series.
iPhone 12 Pro: 6.1-inch screen with an added telephoto camera and a LiDAR scanner for better low-light focus.
iPhone 12 Pro Max: 6.7-inch screen, the longest telephoto in the series and the biggest battery.

What they all share

Every iPhone 12 has the A14 chip, a Super Retina XDR OLED screen, 5G, MagSafe and Face ID, and runs iOS 26. They charge with Lightning and have both a SIM card slot and eSIM.

What the grades mean

Excellent, Good and Fair only differ in how the outside looks. Every grade passes the same tests, has battery health of 80% or higher and gets the same 1-year warranty, which also covers accidental damage like a cracked screen or a drop.
