Which iPhone 14 should I get?

The iPhone 14 is the best value. Pick the 14 Plus for a bigger screen and battery, or the 14 Pro models for the Dynamic Island, a 120Hz screen and a better camera system.

Does the iPhone 14 use USB-C?

No. All iPhone 14 models charge with Lightning. USB-C started with the iPhone 15.

Does the iPhone 14 have a SIM card slot?

US models don't. They use eSIM, which works with all major US carriers. Your carrier can move your number over in a few minutes.

Does the iPhone 14 run iOS 26?

Yes, every iPhone 14 model runs iOS 26.

iPhone 14 Series buying guide

Which iPhone 14 model

iPhone 14: A15 chip, 6.1-inch screen and dual 12MP cameras. A solid everyday phone at a lower price.
iPhone 14 Plus: the same phone with a 6.7-inch screen and longer battery life.
iPhone 14 Pro: A16 chip, the Dynamic Island, an always-on 120Hz screen, a 48MP main camera and a 3x telephoto.
iPhone 14 Pro Max: everything in the 14 Pro with a 6.7-inch screen and the biggest battery in the series.

Good to know

Every iPhone 14 has Crash Detection and Emergency SOS via satellite, and runs iOS 26. All four charge with a Lightning cable, not USB-C. US models don't have a SIM tray and use eSIM, which any major US carrier can set up.

What the grades mean

Excellent, Good and Fair only differ in how the outside looks. Every grade passes the same tests, has battery health of 80% or higher and gets the same 1-year warranty, which also covers accidental damage like a cracked screen or a drop.
