Who it's for
Good for
- Ultra Retina XDR tandem OLED display
- Apple Pencil Pro and the thinner Magic Keyboard
- Video editing, drawing and pro apps
- Apple Intelligence on the M4 chip
Not for
- Apple Pencil 2 or older Magic Keyboards (not compatible)
- Buyers who only stream and browse (an Air is plenty)
Our verdict
The OLED iPad Pro: the best screen Apple had put on an iPad, in a very thin body. The M5 version is faster, but the M4 is the better value for most people.
